Launch of the Lyveden Way Footpath (August 2005)
On September 4th, the seventh long distance County Path was unveiled at Lyveden in the East of the county.
The 9.5 mile route starting at Fermyn Woods County Park explores some of the most spectacular countryside in the County. The route takes walkers past the historic Lyveden New Bield and culminates at the attractive village of Wadenhoe.
Lyeden Way leaflets are now available at Tourist Information Centres across the county and will be made available on the website in the near future.
